Shannon was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond. She was there through the whole process from contacting the insurance to meeting the adjuster and seeing the whole process through. Any obstacles we ran into Shannon was on it immediately and found a resolution. The job was done very quickly in just a day and a half and the clean up was like no one was even there. They did a wonderful job all around. Our new roof and gutters look absolutely amazing. Highly recommended this company and Shannon!

After 2 1/2 months and going back-and-forth with my insurance company I finally got my new roof last week. Shannon went above and beyond, from the estimate to managing the whole project, and has been a pleasure to work with. She made sure everything was done correctly and timely. My roof, gutters, and garage doors all look amazing. Thank you Shannon! I’m addition to Shannon’s excellent service, AAA Midwest Roofing also redid my shed at no additional cost, took down an old rusting Dish on the roof at no charge, redid the vents on the roof, and Frank reconfigured my downspouts again at no additional cost all around my home. We had our roof, gutters, n downspouts replaced from hail damage. Also our deck stained. Starting with Claim Specialist/Project Manager Shannon who walked us through the whole process start to finish, she was very nice, professional, n knowledgeable to Antonio n all the guys who worked so hard in the heat, getting it all done, making sure we were happy with their work. The process was super easy! Shannon handled everything with our insurance making sure everything was covered that could be. The guys showed up and worked 12-13 hours/day. Very friendly and neat. They cleaned up after the job was finished and when they left you would have never of known they were there. Shannon even came out a couple of days later to check for nails in the yard that they might have missed. The new roof makes our house look almost new again. We were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend.

AAA Midwest Roofing is a very professional company! Jesus A. ensured everything went smoothly while the crew replaced my roof and gutter covers after damage from wind and hail. The crew started bright and early in the morning and worked until everything was done. After the job was finished they cleaned up all around the house and made sure everything looked the way I wanted it. I was very happy with the results. I worked with Sean S at AAA Midwest. He was quick to respond and gave me confidence in the process of an insurance claim on my roof. Things progressed quickly and with no issues. I was given a 2-3 week estimate on the start date and luckily only had to wait a weekend. The crew came and completed my roof quickly and was respectful of my home. It was a very positive experience. I was introduced to this company from my coworker. I meet Shannon and she has so much knowledge and experience. I appreciate Shannon explaining everything to me. My gutters were pretty bad and these Midwest storms actually knocked my gutters off my house. I work in the medical field and was at work. I called Shannon and she immediately helped me and the owner came out and pinned the gutter back to my house before my gutters were installed.
