Shannon was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond. She was there through the whole process from contacting the insurance to meeting the adjuster and seeing the whole process through. Any obstacles we ran into Shannon was on it immediately and found a resolution. The job was done very quickly in just a day and a half and the clean up was like no one was even there. They did a wonderful job all around. Our new roof and gutters look absolutely amazing. Highly recommended this company and Shannon!

After 2 1/2 months and going back-and-forth with my insurance company I finally got my new roof last week. I want to thank everyone at AAA Midwest Roofing especially Shannon, Antonio, Aldo, Steve and the rest of the crew for all of their help and for being so patient through this entire crazy/stressful process. I honestly can’t thank you all enough for everything. I love, love, love, love, love the way my house looks with my new roof, vents and gutters! 🖤🖤🖤

From start to finish, AAA Midwest was so professional. Shannon Woods was a delight to work with and made all my anxiety go away!
This company is 5 Star for sure! Quality work and then cleaned up so you would never know they were there, except your home or business in my case, was shiny and new! Thank you for making my experience such a positive one!

Shannon went above and beyond, from the estimate to managing the whole project, and has been a pleasure to work with. She made sure everything was done correctly and timely. My roof, gutters, and garage doors all look amazing. Thank you Shannon! I’m addition to Shannon’s excellent service, AAA Midwest Roofing also redid my shed at no additional cost, took down an old rusting Dish on the roof at no charge, redid the vents on the roof, and Frank reconfigured my downspouts again at no additional cost all around my home. Many referrals to come.

The process was super easy! Shannon handled everything with our insurance making sure everything was covered that could be. The guys showed up and worked 12-13 hours/day. Very friendly and neat. They cleaned up after the job was finished and when they left you would have never of known they were there. Shannon even came out a couple of days later to check for nails in the yard that they might have missed. The new roof makes our house look almost new again. We were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend.

I worked with Sean S at AAA Midwest. He was quick to respond and gave me confidence in the process of an insurance claim on my roof. Things progressed quickly and with no issues. I was given a 2-3 week estimate on the start date and luckily only had to wait a weekend. The crew came and completed my roof quickly and was respectful of my home. It was a very positive experience. I plan to use AAA Midwest in the future for gutters and windows!

I was introduced to this company from my coworker. I meet Shannon and she has so much knowledge and experience. I appreciate Shannon explaining everything to me. My gutters were pretty bad and these Midwest storms actually knocked my gutters off my house. I work in the medical field and was at work. I called Shannon and she immediately helped me and the owner came out and pinned the gutter back to my house before my gutters were installed. Shannon helped me with my options for my roof and gutters and talking to my insurance company. I will definitely recommend them to everyone! The crew was nice and didn’t leave a mess in my yard. Thanks again AAA roofing and gutters!

After an electrical fire which damaged the siding on the house, the AAA Midwest Roofing staff assisted in negotiating with the insurance company to ensure that a maximum benefit was acquired. Then, their professional staff offered guidance in choosing the best options for complete siding and new windows. When the work began, the workers AAA Midwest Roofing contracted were very efficient and professional in the process and completion of all assigned tasks. AAA Midwest Roofing is worthy of the highest recommendation from these satisfied homeowners!!
